Plastic Domed Roof Hatch
When the need for ladder roof access is combined with the need for daylighting, the LANE-AIRE standard domed roof hatch provides the ideal solution. It incorporates the same practicality, convenience, durability, and safety consciousness as our standard roof hatch but adds a skylight dome in the lid to additionally provide all the efficiency of skylighting.

Flat Glass Roof Hatch
Louvered Roof Hatch
The Lane-Aire Louvered Roof Hatch provides all of the same advantages as our Standard Roof Hatch for ladder access, and adds the benefits of ventilation. The sides of the curb are made from fixed louvers which provide continuous gravity ventilation. The hatch is manufactured to the same strict standard as all our access hatches.

By providing a safe means of transferring large equipment through the roof, this durable hatch is a solution that is both practical and efficient.*

*Please note that Lane-Aire equipment hatches are intended for use in the transferring of equipment only. Unit may be difficult for single-person operation. For general roof access on a regular basis, please specify the smaller Stairway Hatch or standard ladder roof hatch.
Stairway Hatch
The Lane-Aire Stairway Hatch is designed to give the same convenience and durability as does our Standard Roof Hatch, but with a longer opening for stairway access instead of ladder access. There are two different size categories for steep and gradual stairs to provide the utmost in safety and operation.
